or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this
service, even if Mastermen Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. This is subject to statute that may not allow the exclusion or limitation
of liability for consequential or incidental damages.
UNSOLICITED EMAIL. Our email addresses are for client contact only. Any unsolicited
email ("Spam") will attract a $200 charge per incident, and our collection
agents will take legal action in the applicable court to recover amounts outstanding.

products or services on other sites and this is entirely at your own risk.

unless it is in writing signed by an authorised representative of each party.
JURISDICTION. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Western Australia. Any action relating to this agreement must
be brought in the courts located in Western Australia, and you irrevocably consent
to the jurisdiction of such courts.
